My boyfriend and I had Mcdonalds at 10:30 Sat night, and both woke up with severe stomach pain/cramping and diarrea. That continued all morning and afternoon until my boyfriend was doubled over on the couch and I was vomiting all over my sink. I couldn't even make it to the toilet. Then I was going to the bathroom at the same time. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and my boyfriend had the double quarter pounder meal. It was definitely the food that made us sick, I have no doubt! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
