My husband bought 2 four piece sweet and spicy glazed tenders at McDonald's on 11/19/2018 @3:25pm. He drove home which is about a 7 minute drive. He and I ate some of the tenders. I only ate 1 tender because they tasted funny and rubbery. He ate 2 tenders and said the last one he ate tasted spoiled. About 10-15 minutes later I was nauseous and began to vomit. He felt sick less than an hour after eating his food. We drank hot tea and ginger ale to try and settle our stomachs. When the diarrhea started I went to the store to speak with the manager. I told him what had happened and he filled out an incident report. He told me the insurance company would contact me. He told me that I could go to any midclinic and they would cover it. I called a midclinic in my area and was told I would have to pay $200.00 to be seen and then try to have McDonald's insurance company reimburse me for the visit. I spoke with the store manager and was told that the company would contact me but this is going on day 3 and still haven't heard anything and we are still feeling I'll. We dont have insurance and cant pay $200.00 a piece to be seen. Not sure what to do. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
