I needed something quick to eat for my lunch break today so I stopped by McDonald's. I have never gotten sick from eating their food before so I never really worried about it. A couple of hours later when I got home a got terrible stomach pains. I rushed to the bathroom and as soon as I sat on the toilet I grabbed the trash can. A second later diarrhea and vomit came out of my body at the same time. I will not be eating at McDonald's again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
