Additional information: Mobile ordered at 9:45pm, Sunday, April 7th 2024. My partner and I had our own meals. He had a 20 piece nugget + fries + bbq sauce. I had a Big Mac + fries + ranch and buffalo sauce. This was the only food we had eaten that day, besides some store-bought packaged Chex-Mix. Within approximately 2 hours I was vomiting about every 30 minutes even when I ran out of things to throw up. 2 days later and I am still experiencing symptoms such as fever, nausea, diarrhea, and lack of appetite. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Loss of Appetite
