Filet-O-Fish, Salad Illness - McDonald's, Baker City Oregon

I ate at this McDonald's on July 4 and again on July 7 on my way to and from a family reunion. Both times I had a Filet-O-Fish sandwich and a side salad. On July 9 I woke up feeling achy. It progressed from there to aches, chills, nausea but no vomiting, extreme diarrhea, and fatigue. I assumed I had a bad bout of stomach flu until I heard about the suspected food poisoning from salads in other parts of the country. I'm reporting this because of concern that this may be more widespread than currently known. I was down for 3 solid days and am just now starting to have an appetite again. It's not fun! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Fatigue
