Grilled Salad Causes ER Visit - McDonald's,

Got a Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch salad. Within 30 mins of comsumption began to have violent cramps. Within 90 mins I was sent home for vomiting. Was in the ER within 24-hrs. Four days later I'm just starting to eat solid food in very small quantities. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
