60-Hour Illness Post-Happy Meal - McDonald's,

About 4 hours after eating a Happy Meal Cheese burger, on Thursday December 20th 2012 for lunch starting having sever stomach cramps and slight nausea. Less that an hour later, vomiting and diarrhea, then chills with a strange headache ensued. Nothing seemed to help, The vomiting lasted until sometime Friday morning, The diarrhea has finally let up this morning. Sunday. The onset of this has lasted for over 60 hours. I have lost 6lbs, in 24 hours. Finally, on Sunday morning I seem to have finally after sleeping 6 hours seem to have my stomach settled. I am still unable to eat much besides a saltine cracker and water only. I had only eaten at McDonalds on this day and would not have even thought about food poisoning until my husband seems fine as well as my 30 year old son and 2 year old grandson who were spending the night on Thursday. No more McDonalds ever again for me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Cramps
