Fast Food Illness Strikes - McDonald's,

Ate a McDouble and a Junior Chicken, about two hours later started getting extremely light headed, got very dizzy and couldn't think about anything other than throwing up, once I did the onslaught of other issues started to accompany it. This would be the second issue I've had with this restauraunt, the first being going through the midnight drive-thru and opening up my burger to find lettuce almost as brown as the burger. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Lightheaded
