Severe Nugget Reaction - McDonald's, Humble Texas

Ate 10cs chicken nuggets and fries. 20 minutes later I’m vomiting and diarrhea. Chills, lost so much bodily fluid had to get fluids through an iv. Intense pain in stomach for hours. Took nausea and pain medicine.

03/30 Update: Update. I had to go to the emergency room again yesterday morning. Severe pain, non stop vomiting and diarrhea. Had to get nausea and pain medicine through iv and fluid because of dehydration. Also missed orientation at work. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Dehydration
