McDonald's
I bought a Big Mac (buy one get one free) and a small fries for lunch. I didn't know I was getting more than I bargained for. I felt fine that day. I had some diarrhea that midnight. I woke up feeling nauseous and had diarrhea. I felt sick all day. My body began feeling weak and I vomited a couple of times. I was sick for the whole day with the same symptoms. Thank you McDonalds!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
