Double Cheeseburger Illness - McDonald's,

Was running around all day and hadn't eaten. Needed a snack about 12 noon so dropped into McD's and took a double cheese burger.
Few hours later started feeling stomach cramps, followed by diarrhea. Lasted all night with fever and nausea.
Second day had to go to work and felt weak with a head ache all day.
Day 3 and feeling much better but still have mild diarrhea.
