McDonald's
Ate a McChicken and some fries. An hour later, I ran a high fever, stomach pains, vomited, and the next morning nonstop diahrrea. I missed classes because of this. No more McDonalds for me | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
