McDonald's
I ordered egg mcmuffin meal around 1:30pm. After I consumed the sandwich I noticed a after taste that wasn't very good. I stopped eating the sandwich not even half way through. As I was sitting watching the football games I notice that I was getting cold chills when I left really hot. When dinner came around I couldn't eat at all. The taste of the food wasn't appealing to me. And then started the diarrhea, nausea , chills and constant vomittimg. This was my first time trying the all day breakfast. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
