McDonald's
I know it was. Mcdonalds quarter pounder, with NO mayo I ate it around noon. That was the only thing I ate that whole day. At around 1:30am woke with terrible head ache and chills, got worse from there. The rest of the night and most of the next day, I was bedridden with extreme chills, fever, diarrhea, and vomiting. My husband had to purchase emitrol for my vomiting to slow down enough for me to catch a breath. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
