Quarter Pounder Illness Duo - McDonald's,

My son and I both had #4 combos - Quarter pder with cheese. within 12 hours we were both sick- abd cramping, diarrhea, nausea, fever, malaise. he was better within 48hrs- going on 72 hrs for me- still nauseated, diarrhea, fever and malaise....
