McDonald's
Ate fish sandwich and the next morning had severe diarrhea, nausea, fever, chills and vomiting which lasted 24 hours. Never again will I eat at any McDonalds. This has never happened to me from eating any other food in the past, either cooked at home or from a restaurant. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
