On December 15, I had a crispy chicken snack wrap and after 4 hours began vomiting that continued through the next morning. On December 16, midday I had diarrhea. The only thing I consumed on December 15, was the McDonald's. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
