McDonald's
Ate a double cheeseburger and within 30 minutes started vomiting. Felt nauseous all night and started to have diarrhea. Feel slightly better in the morning, but with diarrhea symptoms still. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
