Ate a cold quarter pounder with cheese yesterday evening. I had not eaten 8 hours prior, had to get off my bus early and walk home feeling very unwell around an hour later.

At 4am last night I had extremely violent vomiting and a fever, still fell awful, seriously the last time I ever eat that shit. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
