McDonald's
2 Sausage McMuffins at 8:30 am...by 11:30am I had thrown most of it up. By 1:30 I had severe diarrhea. Ironically I had gotten into an argument with the drive thru employee because they messed up my order. When I got to my office I checked them for spit because I was worried she had done something to them. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
