McDonald's
Both my boyfriend and I had cheesw burgers, he had a McDouble, I had a McDouble and regular cheese burger. My symptoms were worse but both sick within 3-6 hours of eating | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
