McDonald's
Fiance brought me home a large fries around 2AM. I ate them and went to sleep shortly after. Woke up around 6am vomiting and passing water stool. Have terrible cramps and keep burping French fry grease. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Burping
