Food Safety Report: McDonald's.

Ate a hamburger from here in the evening ... got sicker than I've ever been before. Two days of being stuck in the bathroom. Vowed to never eat here again but about 2 years later, went to the one on 20 and Wichita and ate a 10 piece nugget, caused the same reaction. Mc Donalds is the only place ive ever had this problem.... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
