McDonald's
Had a junior chicken and small fries.. And haven't ever had stomach wrenching pains like this before.. I'm crying, shivering, vomiting, and diarrhea.. Feel so sick :( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
