My wife and i ordered a southwest chicken salad. Also my 4 year old ate with us. My 9 month old breast fed. 3-4 hours later my son had diarrhea with mucus my daughter threw up 6 times then my infant threw up twice. I now have diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Mucus in Stools
