I ordered a cheeseburger but when I got home I received a double cheeseburger. So I don’t know if it was sitting out? It wasn’t very fresh tasting. About 3 hours later I started feeling nauseous. I have had vomiting and diarrhea all night.. with chills and a headache. McDonalds was all I had eaten that day. I haven’t been around anyone sick and the rest of my family is fine. They didn’t eat McDonalds | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
