My family decided to eat out last night at 7:30 PM. Everyone had a McDouble or a McChicken, but I chose a Southwest Salad (with grilled chicken). Before bed, I had bad gas. It was 10:30 at the time. Next thing I know It's 3:20 AM and I'm glued to the toilet, garbage can in my lap, both ends erupting terribly. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
