I ate at McDonald's downtown I had the nuggets, potatoes and cola I got out of McDonald's and a few minutes later my stomach hurt I almost fainted the stomach pain got worse every minute every hour it was unbearable and I vomited a lot through my mouth and nose I vomited several times | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
