Thursday 15th june i ordered a large piri piri chicken wrap meal from mcdonalds restruant on squires gate lane blackpool between 1-3pm unsure of time , later that night around 7pm i started to feel faint and dizzy , at 12am that night i had vomited 4 times and had diarrhoea on two seperate ocasions i was sweating uncontrolably and had severe dizzyness and unbareable cramps. i have been bed bound since with the illness i strongly believe i have got food poisioning from mcdonalds in squires gate lane restraunt because this was the only food i had consumed all day that day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness, Sweating
