This afternoon, I had a menu at McDonald's in Annemasse including filet-o-fish, goat cheese wrap, fries and a small chocolate dessert. Everything was going great. It was the only thing I ate all day. However, 3 hours later, I started feeling nauseous and then I vomited. Since then, I have been feeling really bad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
