I went to maccies in Telford town centre and I had a mc chicken sandwich and fries and I had diahhrer and was I’ll for 4 days I went doctors and they said it was food poisoning I went to the McDonald’s in the retail park in arleston and am constantly throwing up and being very dizzy and cold and keep passing out and I got told it was food poisoning agian | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness
