I can not remember the date but I believe it was either Monday, August 28, 2017 or Tuesday, August 29, 2017. I had a vanilla cone pretty late using the drive thru and I say pretty late because about 20 mins later I went back for another and got the last cone for the night. I'm guessing it was after 1:00 am and before 2:00 am. Within hours I began having intestinal cramps and shortly after that began, no more than 30 mins I had to run for the toilet. Today is September 3, 2017 and it's 9:00 pm and this routine has not stopped. Several times a day the cramps start and the diarrhea follows. I'm def not loving it but it's manageable as I control my hours for work and can clean up after in the bathtub. I don't believe I have a fever and I'm not nauseous. The second day it was so bad when I was trying to sleep that I had to take alka seltzer, warm a heat pack for my tummy and sip on mint tea. All of that was very helpful. As of 15 mins ago, cramps and diarrhea again. Over the last week this has happened everyday about 4 to 6 hours apart. It isn't worse but it isn't better. It can't be salmonella because I'd be in the hospital by now. I have no flu like symptoms and no bleeding. I can't imagine it could have been anything else I ate or drank. I've been going vegan over the past 4 weeks and I cheated the night I gave in to the cones. I'll never do it again! I have a normal appetite and in between bouts I feel fine!
