On Friday, March 13, 2026, I was at McDonald's in Castrop-Rauxel around 1 PM. I ate a Caesar wrap, fries, and nuggets there. After about 2-3 hours, I got such severe stomach cramps (I hadn't eaten anything else). I had to vomit multiple times. I couldn't keep anything down for 2 days. Not even water stayed down for long. No one in the family or similar had stomach flu. I had chills for several hours. I couldn't go to the doctor because I was in such pain. On Sunday evening around 6 PM, I felt better. Once everything was out of my body. Suddenly I felt good again. I think the hygiene at the McDonald's branch should be urgently checked. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
