I didn't eat all day except for breakfast, which I had toast at 9am. I then went to work and got out around 5pm and picked up mcdonalds since I was starving and then about 2 hours later I started feeling really nauseas and dizzy. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Dizziness
