On Tuesday the 22nd in the evening around 5:30 I bought filet of fish southwest salad and chicken nuggets ate filet of fish and by 8 that evening I was starting to get really sick then I started vomiting really bad so nothing was coming up and it still kept vomiting and I got a fever and diarrhea missed 2 days of work it's still in bed | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
