I went to McDonald's and got a southwest salad with grilled chicken and a parfait 2go when I got home I ate the salad and the person and started watching my shows immediately I felt dizziness and I started throwing up this went on for at least 3 hours and the dizziness would not stop when I woke up the next morning I went to the doctor and they told me that I had food poisoning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
