Nausea, Diarrhea from Meal - McDonald's, Beni-Mellal Béni Mellal-Khenifra

I had a double cheese menu and a chicken burger around 6pm yesterday. I woke up at 5 in the morning with horrible cramps that lasted all day, nausea and a carabineous diarrhea that still persists now. I was able to drive all the way to my city Casablanca and on my way back, I had uncontrolled tremors.
