On Friday, 19.01.24, I had Hamburger Royal cheese with fries and 20-ger nuggets. About 2 hours later, until today on 21.01.24, I had severe diarrhea and vomiting with a lot of fluid loss, so that my wife wanted to call RTW. Now the grandparents have picked up 2 Happy Meals for our children on 21.01.24. And!!! Both children again now have severe vomiting 2-3 hours later. It can't be a gastrointestinal tract. Normally, you should sue the store if you have evidence and it's really up to MC D. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
