Sausage McGriddle Illness - McDonald's, Johnson City Tennessee

After eating a sausage McGriddle in the afternoon of May 25, 2017 I woke up the next morning nauseous, severe stomach cramps, cold, extreme headache and very dizzy. I've spent the last several days in bed. Now it's May 31st. I'm still not myself. 20 year | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps, Dizziness
