Additional information: I think I’ve had food poisoning from McDonald’s. I think it was from the onions, pickles or the quarter pounder being undercooked. I know this as in the remains in my sick was onions & pickles. I was sick multiple times in the early hours, I’ve had a fever, I’ve had a really runny nose & I haven’t got an appetite. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain
