Sunday afternoon we ordered three happy meals and a maxi best of menu all with fish as a sandwich, an hour after eating the sandwiches my biggest child started holding his stomach and complaining of pain and nausea, an hour after his my other child vomited and complained of pain and the same for me pain in the stomach cramps diarrhea.the only child who has not had anything is the one who did not eat his sandwich. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
