I ordered a 280 on Monday, October 2, 2024 at 6:50pm. I started to wring up in pain at night. Vomiting nausea fever phlegm in the stool. I went to see the doctor on Tuesday morning. I did not eat anything except a capucino at home in the morning and Mac Do was my only meal of the day.
