McNuggets, Sauce, Sickness - McDonald's, Bloomfield New Jersey

My friend and I were a bit hungry so we decided to order ubereats. We decided on McDonalds because we haven't eaten chicken nuggets in a while. I ordered 10 McNuggets with barbeque sauce and honey mustard. I ate 2 nuggets with the disgusting honey mustard, which was juggly and slimy, and would barely stick to the nuggest like regular sauce. I then finished the rest of my nuggets with barbeque sauce. The rest of the day I was fine. This morning I woke up with extreme pains in my stomach and chest. I threw up, the vomit was yellow and stringy-like. I then had diarrhea after 30 minutes. Now I am lightheaded and feel reoccurring stomach pains.
