I work at McDonalds, I had by break about 10am so I ordered a burrito and mcgriddle. I felt fine till about 1pm and my belly was cramping I asked to go to the bathroom had diarrhea. I had to go several times within my last hour of work and started vomiting also. The Dr said it was most likely from contaminated food or water. I'm still sick it's been a week. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
