I eat at McDonalds in Burien WA on Thursday March 31 at 5:35pm I order the chicken sandwich with guacamole and one hour and a half I was driving back home went I start having very bad cramps in my stomach,once at home I went directly to the restroom and start vomiting and diarrhea, my 10 years old son was so scare that he called 911, the paramedics arrived and check on me for possible heart attack and told me that I have a normal vital signs and told me to go the the ER.I went closed to 50 times and the pain and bloody watery stools at 2 am ending up at the hospital were the doctor told me that was a food poison. I still in the hospital bleeding and having some many test to see what kind of bacteria I have. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
