I stopped by the McDonald's in calimesa Blvd, Calimesa about mid day. I bought my kids a chicken nugget and a plain cheeseburger happy meal. I bought myself a double quarter pounder and medium meal. It didn't take long before I started feeling sick, 30 mins by the time i got home and immediately had to use the restroom, as well as my kids. The rest of the day I was feeling nauseated and with pain. I had to take care of my kids sick, it was a very bad day, and it's the last time I go to a McDonald's. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
