I had McDonald’s yesterday around 7pm I couldn’t finish my McChicken since I’d gotten nauseous. By 8:30 pm the stomach pain started which is horrible. By midnight I had constant diarrhea it’s 11 am now and I still go to the bathroom every 30 mins I’m not sure how there’s anything left in me. I’m still in so much pain.
