Late Night Snack Illness - McDonald's, Rosemount Minnesota

Ordered a late night snack around 11pm. Some nuggets, McChicken and fries. The nuggets and McChicken tasted a little stale but didn't think much of it. Fast forward a few hours later, roughly at 2am, stomach started cramping and the nausea was insane that I couldn't hold it in. Ran to the bathroom and instantly vomited immensely as well as diarrhea. It was alot and I felt so terrible. There goes my meal. Literally in and out in a matter of a couple hours. I continued to feel gross afterwards. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
