Sudden Dizziness, ER Visit - McDonald's, Raleigh North Carolina

4 years ago reported by user-gyyrx739 business

McDonald's, Capital Blvd, Raleigh, NC, USA

6250 Capital Boulevard, Raleigh, 27616 North Carolina, United States

Went to drive thru on 6/8/21. An hour later I was sitting in a Verizon store and started getting really dizzy, passed out and threw up. Food was already digested. No nausea, or cramps, just the vomit, no gagging. Really weird. Called ambulance, spent overnight in ER and they found no problems. Drug screen, etc were all clear. The ER team did every test they could. I am wondering if someone put something in my good to cause this. Very strange event and they said the throwing up was highly unusual. I have never fainted or passed out before. Anyone with a similar Experience? | Symptoms: Vomiting, Other, Nausea, Cramps, Dizziness
