McDonald's Meal Causes Illness - McDonald's, East Orange New Jersey

This place always upsets my stomach it's insane. I don't know if it's because the food is old or severely processed or if the oil is old or if it's completely unsanitary but I always get sick. I had fries with a grilled snack wrap because I thought it was the healthiest item on the menu with a strawberry banana smoothie. 20 minutes after finishing my food I started getting the worst pains in my stomach...cramps, nausea and chills leading to never ending diarrhea and vomit for the rest of the night. Every single time, it never fails. One time I only had a sprite with small fries and just that alone caused an episode in the bathroom. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Chills
